You need to have an Mental Illness and be aged of 15+ years old to join this website.

NO PICTURES OF NUDITY, OR UNHEALED OPEN WOUNDS (SH)

(Pictures including self-harm related scars are accepted. But please no fresh cuts or blood.)! - members doing this will be BANNED!! -all members Pictures posted should be wearing no less than a "tub top", swim suit or tank top with no less than boxers,short-shorts or spandex(mini spandex shorts) . No Underwear or towel. Please -we do make the execption through the expression of artwork aka drawings and sketches or collages (Please do NOT add random nude photos and claim it to be artwork, we will not accept this excuse.)

NEW MEMBERS MUST POST AN INTRODUCTION BEFORE CREATING A THREAD OR A POST IN ANY TOPIC!!

If you post a thread that could be triggering for some members, please add a *Trigger Warning in the title of your post, or post it in the ''triggering material (Or TW)''

section of the site. Like mentioned above, we like our members to have freedom of speech, but safety comes first.

Dont be Affraid to report weird or unwanted posts/threads, or to message the admin about a suspicious member. It would be a big help for our Administrators if you kept an eye out for unwanted topics, threads, dangerous behaviour, comments or disrespectful comportment.

We do NOT Encougare or Indorce SelfHarm(SH) or Nudity of any kind ! Our Goal is to have a soppurtive community of members helping one another though day to day life via positive encouragement, distractions, reminding that you are not alone in this world there are people out there doing through the same/similar things/situations/disorders/illnesses/etc but also a place where members can come and vent about there day without fear of judgement or ridicrule. a place to express you set in a healthier way than possible others and interact with other members.- This will Continue to be Updated *
